Refund policy

We are so sure you and your furry friend will love our liners, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 30 days after your order has arrived.

After your refund is requested and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. We will only credit back to the original method of payment used.

Only your first subscription order is refundable. All other subscription orders are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to contact your bank and credit card company. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted on your account.
