How do I create an account?

You can register by clicking here. It will only take a few seconds! If you have an active Pettiny Subscription, use the same email address you used for your initial purchase in order to be able to manage your subscription from your account.

Do I need to register before I place an order?
No, you don’t need to register before placing an order. However, you will need to provide your email account during checkout, so that we can send your order confirmation and tracking number after your order has been shipped. You will still have the opportunity to create an account after you have placed your order.


Do I need to create an account to Subscribe?

While you don’t need an account to create a subscription order, you do need an account to manage your subscriptions. If you want to manage your subscription but didn’t create an account when you placed your order, you can create an account anytime using the same email address you used to place your initial order. That way, you’ll be able to access and manage your existing subscription.

How much does shipping cost after I join a plan?

Zero. We take care of all shipping costs for our subscribed customers.

How can I manage my orders and make changes?

You can easily pause, skip or change the frequency of your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on “Manage Subscription”.
Please be sure to edit your subscription at least 24 hours before its scheduled billing date to guarantee the change will be processed in time.
We will send you a reminder a few days prior to each shipment in case you need to make any changes to your subscription.

Am I forever attached after I Subscribe?

Not at all! We don't believe in making our customers sign long term contracts. You can pause or cancel your plan free of charge anytime.
At Pettiny, our order fulfillment system is automated to ensure your liners arrive as quickly as possible! Due to our speedy order processing, please be sure to edit or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date to guarantee the change will be processed in time. We'll send you a reminder email a few days before each order, so you don’t forget!

I need to take a short break, but don’t want to cancel. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can skip or pause future orders directly in your account at any time. Please remember that since our orders are processed automatically, you must edit your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date.

When is my next billing date? When will I receive my next order?
You can check your next billing date by logging into your account and clicking on “Manage Subscription”. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Click here to check the shipping times for your country.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do prices displayed on the website include taxes?

We are upfront about our pricing and we hate hidden fees, so all prices on our website include taxes.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Yes, we restock items regularly. If you can’t wait to get your hands on one of our items, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. After that, we start preparing your order immediately, this makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order once it has been verified, however, we will do our best to support your request.

At this time we currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and checking your Order History. Select the order you're looking to track, and your tracking number will be found on that page. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please contact us.

One of my items was shipped damaged, what do I do?

We apologize in advance, it’s not a frequent incidence but post mail services are out of our control so it might be a risk. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after you have received your item and we will help you as quickly as possible.

There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you made an error in your shipping address. We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order has been shipped.

My tracking number shows that my item should have been delivered by now but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
Please check all areas where a delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, the front desk of an apartment building, a neighbor’s house). If the order has not been found, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
